A question raised by many potential buyers; 'How is the chassis of the caravan?' A good question as many people worry about the driving with a vintage caravan.
Untill Glaravan#3 we maintaned the chassis, brakes and axles, which was fine, but not good enough! Parts of these caravans become more rare and expensive. Glaravans would be hard to maintain and expensive in parts. This made us choose to fully renovate the whole chassis with new axles, brakes and coupling.
This is now the new standard for Glaravans, making it easy to maintain them and improving the quality drastically. Improved road-characteristics, possibilites to add a V-bar and movers.
