New caravans in the old familiar style. Glaravans are old vintage caravans that have been completely renovated and modernized based on the wishes of our customers. Our Glaravans are all different but have one thing in common; they all have a story.
We create caravans that combine the best of old charm & new technology. This way, you can safely hit the road with a stylish and technically sound caravan. In addition to our caravans, we are the online webshop & physical store for the most stylish camping gear.

Glaravans was founded in 2019 and has since grown into a place where we, with a passionate team, transform old vintage caravans into new travel palaces. The focus is on styling, interior, and technology.
We would like to inspire, fascinate, and surprise you with our special creations. We also want to show you that camping can be stylish in our store and webshop.

Origin
Glaravans has been around since January 2019 and was founded by Erik. As a camper, he mainly saw many similar-looking caravans: his passion for old and stylish objects gave him the idea to buy an old caravan; a Constructam Caravan from 1979, now known as 'Project 0'. After many hours of work, the atmosphere of the caravan was beautiful, but it lacked a bit of luxury, security, and style.
On the gamble that there was a market for refurbished caravans, the adventure called Glaravans began. With a focus on styling, interior & technology, Glaravans is slowly growing into a platform for stylish camping, and we have already been able to build many travel palaces on wheels!
Glaravans
Glaravans originated from the combination of Caravan & Glamping. Glamping is a term that comes from a combination of the words 'glamorous' and 'camping'. The word 'glamping' stands for camping with luxury and in a special atmosphere. (Wikipedia)
Originally, it was a project name for the business plan, but we could never come up with a better name!
