A new era!
At Glaravans we build caravans with a wink to the past. Since 2026 we have developed our own model: Wave. This model is our foundation for creating the most incredible travel palaces on wheels. As a newly established caravan manufacturer, we won't stop here in the future.
We believe the caravan as a concept will endure for many years to come. That's why we've focused on what we do best: beautiful interiors in an attractive scale and, where feasible, we have used both new and proven techniques. As a result, we've been able to develop a sustainable caravan that can be continually updated and is therefore future-proof for new and future (second-hand) owners. Authentic vintage caravans
Until 2026 our concept was different: New caravans in a familiar, old-fashioned guise. Glaravans were old vintage caravans that have been fully renovated and modernized based on our customers' wishes. Our Glaravans are all different but share one thing in common; they all have a story.
We created caravans that combine the best of old charm & new technology. This way you could travel safely with a stylish and technically reliable caravan.
All the caravans we built under the old concept can be found in our portfolio. This concept was completely discontinued after the arrival of our own model.

Glaravans was founded in 2019 and has since grown into a place where we, with a passionate team, transform old vintage caravans into new travel palaces. The focus is on styling, interior, and technology.
We would like to inspire, fascinate, and surprise you with our special creations. We also want to show you that camping can be stylish in our store and webshop.

Origin
Glaravans has been around since January 2019 and was founded by Erik. As a camper, he mainly saw many similar-looking caravans: his passion for old and stylish objects gave him the idea to buy an old caravan; a Constructam Caravan from 1979, now known as 'Project 0'. After many hours of work, the atmosphere of the caravan was beautiful, but it lacked a bit of luxury, security, and style.
On the gamble that there was a market for refurbished caravans, the adventure called Glaravans began. With a focus on styling, interior & technology, Glaravans is slowly growing into a platform for stylish camping, and we have already been able to build many travel palaces on wheels!
Glaravans
Glaravans originated from the combination of Caravan & Glamping. Glamping is a term that comes from a combination of the words 'glamorous' and 'camping'. The word 'glamping' stands for camping with luxury and in a special atmosphere. (Wikipedia)
Originally, it was a project name for the business plan, but we could never come up with a better name!
