Not happy with your recent purchase? Then you have the right to return the product(s).
You can return products within 14 days after receiving the order. You can do this by bringing it back to our shop in Hengelo (OV), The Netherlands or easily and quickly via our special returns page.
This returns page helps you to register the shipment by using your postal code and Track&Trace number.
Examples of Track & Trace numbers
When using these numbers you can easily create your return through our portal. There you can print a return label and attach it to your parcel. You can hand over the package quickly and easily at a PostNL/DHL parcel point.
Please note! In some cases this may not work.This is mainly the case with furniture. The furniture is often sent directly from our supplier. Mail us for a free return label.

Return conditions/cooling period.
The cooling-off period of 14 days gives you the opportunity to cancel any impulse purchases. It is not the intention to use the product extensively during the 14 days and then return it. You may test a product and check for defects; if a chair does not feel comfortable after a short (indoor) test, you may return it.
You may not use the products you wish to return more than is necessary. Products that are returned must be returned undamaged and completely packaged. No stickers or tape may be placed on the original product packaging. It is also important that you enclose the original invoice and/or packing slip. The product may not contain any traces of use.
Is the product damaged, incomplete or returned without the original packaging? Is the product custom-made or for hygienic reasons no longer usable? Then a reduction in value will be charged. This is assessed by the returns department within Glaravans. Please note that the depreciation may amount to 100% if the product can no longer be sold as new.

After receiving the return shipment, we strive to refund the money within 5 working days. How quickly the money is back in your account often depends on the time you have activated the refund & the bank.
