You can return products within 14 days after receiving the order. This can be done by returning it to our store in Hengelo (OV) or simply and quickly via our special returns page.
This returns page helps you to register the shipment by means of your zip code and Track & Trace number.

With the help of these numbers you can easily create your return via our portal. There you can print a return label and then stick it on your package. You can drop off the package quickly and easily at a PostNL/DHL parcel point.
NB! In some cases this may not work. This is mainly for furniture that has been shipped directly from our supplier. Mail us for a free return label.

Terms of return/cooling off period.
The cooling-off period of 14 days gives you the opportunity to cancel any impulse purchases. It is therefore not the intention to use the product extensively during the 14 days and then return it. You may test a product and check it for defects; If a chair is not comfortable after a short (indoor) test, you can always return it.
You may therefore not use the products you want to return more than is necessary to assess them. Products that are returned must be returned undamaged and completely packaged. No stickers or tape may be placed on the original product packaging. It is also important that you enclose the original invoice and/or packing slip. The product must not contain any traces of use.
If the product has damage, is incomplete or will it be returned without the original packaging. If the product is customized or no longer usable due to hygienic measures, a depreciation will be charged. This is assessed by the returns department within Glaravans. NB! the reduction in value can, in the event that the product can no longer be sold as new, amount to 100%.%.

After receiving the return shipment, we aim to refund the money within 5 working days. How quickly the money is back in your account often depends on the time & the bank.
